  • Exercise: Being physically active will improve your well-being and overall health. Many health insurance plans include discounts on fitness centers---so it’s even easier to stay active. Avoid a sedentary lifestyle…get up and get motivated to exercise.  
  • Quit Tobacco Use: If you’re still smoking…QUIT. It isn’t easy but it can be done. Remember, if you are tobacco free for 12 months, most insurance policies will offer a better premium price.
